Use of Varethon
You may use Varethon only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms and any written pilot or customer agreement that applies to your organization.
Current data boundary
Unless Varethon expressly agrees otherwise in writing, do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information, credentials, secrets, regulated health information, or other information that requires a security or compliance environment beyond the current service boundary.
Founding Pilot
The Founding Pilot is a limited-duration, founder-led engagement intended to evaluate Varethon against one active program or execution environment. Specific scope, timing, and deliverables may also be documented during onboarding.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of information they provide, decisions they make, permissions granted to their users, and the operational use of recommendations or outputs produced through Varethon.
AI-assisted outputs
Varethon may use artificial intelligence to organize, summarize, prioritize, or recommend actions. AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed with appropriate human judgment before consequential action is taken.
Availability and changes
Varethon is an evolving product. Features, integrations, availability, pilot terms, and service boundaries may change as the product develops.
